Flight to Honor Our Veterans
Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital was proud to be a sponsor of the Flight to Honor, a free family-friendly event honoring veterans returning home from a trip of a lifetime visiting memorials in Washington, DC. This is the program’s 11th mission funding this meaningful trip for our honored veterans.

Nurses Week Spotlight
Watson Clinic cherishes the opportunity to recognize and sincerely thank all of our nurses for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication they demonstrate every day in caring for our patients and supporting our teams.
During National Nurses Week, which took place from May 6 – May 12, nursing teams from various locations celebrated with free food and other goodies, and a “photo booth” where they were asked to reveal their superpowers.

Medical Lab Week Spotlight
Watson Clinic's team of
laboratory professionals celebrated Medical Laboratory Professionals Week in fun and festive fashion by wearing themed clothing throughout the week of April 20 -26. Their tireless efforts led to the processing of over 4.3 million tests last year alone and help our specialists devise the most effective treatments possible.

March of Dimes Fundraiser
On May 1, Watson Clinic kick-started our annual fundraising efforts for the March of Dimes under a big tent in the parking lot of Watson Clinic Main. This popular event featured food, drinks, face painting, and multiple raffle drawings for exciting prizes. Nursing Teams Awarded for CPR Training
A group of valued team members were recently presented with our new “With All Your Heart Award” for their extensive knowledge and proactive embrace of proper resuscitation measures to save lives. Each member has prioritized up-to-date training on these measures, ensuring the highest standard of care when it matters the most.
