As the world wages a vigilant fight against the spread of COVID-19, Watson Clinic understands you have concerns about your own personal healthcare needs. All Clinic locations remain open for in-person patient appointments, but we've also introduced several new options that allow patients to keep up with their regular appointments without having to leave the comfort of their homes.*

  • Video Visits – Using your personal MyChart patient portal account, you can now schedule a virtual video visit with your physician. This platform allows for valuable face-time with your doctor, a smooth and consistent care process, and an unparalleled level of convenience.
  • Telephone Conversations – Arrange a telephone call with your doctor or medical provider to discuss your needs or concerns.
  • Patient Portal Communications – Communicate directly with your doctor’s office through private messaging on the MyChart Patient Portal. In order to qualify for this option, the patient must attach a relevant picture or document in their communications (i.e., an image of affected region or scanned document of latest blood pressure reading, etc.)
You can choose any of these appointment options through the Direct Scheduling feature on your MyChart patient portal account.
