What is a United Hero? They’re the doctors that go above and beyond to deliver personalized care, providing the services patients need to stay healthy and ensuring a smooth coordination between other physicians when additional specialized care is necessary.

UnitedHealthcare® recently awarded United Hero awards to a group of distinguished Watson Clinic physicians –Internal Medicine specialists Dr. Donna Asupan, Dr. Robert Estupinan, Dr. Julia McNeice, Dr. M. Mabel Martinez Reyes, Dr. Michael Radivilov, Dr. Stephen Swengros, Dr. Ernesto Uy and Dr. Guillermo Vasquez, and Family Medicine specialists Dr. James Hardigan, Dr. Jeremy Katzmann, and Dr. Richard Sweeney.

Each received exemplary scores from UnitedHealthcare® patient experience surveys during 2022 in the following areas: getting needed care, care coordination and doctor-patient conversations.

Congratulations to each of these outstanding physicians for this remarkable accomplishment!

Dr Hardigan was the best family doctor that I was privileged to have until I moved to Texas. He ALWAY addressed my issues. He is kind , compassionate, positive and very thorough. He always takes his time and listens to his patients. I worked at the clinic for 13 years and never heard one bad word about him. I have good doctors in Texas, but they aren't Dr. Hardigan. I miss him terribly.

So happy to see that Dr. Ernesto Uy received this United Hero Award. Dr. Uy is an excellent Internal Medicine physician. He is always caring, treating patients with respect, discussing diagnoses and options for treatment. He also does whatever he can to ensure that his patients get the medical care needed whether with additional tests and procedures or referral to another specialist.

Dr. Michael Radivilov is an A+++ doctor. Unlike some doctors who doubled my prescriptions, he has taken me off of some. No Metformin for almost 3 years & am doing GREAT! He has an excellent personality & going to the doctor is fun as well as informative! In my book he is number 1!
