Since 1960, the Watson Clinic Foundation has worked to elevate the health of our community through community lectures, public health screenings, nursing scholarships, and initiatives that raise awareness and inspire action among residents of all ages.
None of these programs would be possible without the generous financial support of our partners, employees and community.

Creativity meets healing in our Arts in Medicine Program by incorporating artistic expression into the healthcare setting. Whether it’s painting, music, scrapbooking, or origami, engagement in the arts creates an environment more conducive to healing and has been shown to improve the sense treatment outcomes amongst cancer patients. Caregivers and healthcare workers can also benefit from these activities.

President's Message:
As a practicing
dermatologist with over 30 years of experience treating Watson Clinic patients,
I understand that health care knowledge is a powerful tool for patients to
have, particularly as it relates to conditions like cancer.
In my field, understanding the dangers of ultraviolet radiation
exposure, what precautions to take, and how to monitor oneself can potentially
be the difference between life and death.
That’s why health education has been a central component of the
Watson Clinic Foundation’s mission since our founding in 1960. Through
educational outreach, free screenings, and initiatives that further the
education of tomorrow’s healthcare leaders, the Foundation has played a proud
and profound role in elevating the wellness of our community.
Our efforts haven’t stopped there. We’ve also fostered some of the most
promising and progressive medical research of our time, and restored hope to
countless patients during the most profound health challenges of their lives.
These efforts have not only left an indelible imprint on the wellness of our
residents but have reverberated far beyond in defining the promise of our
entire healthcare landscape.
Of course, none of this would be possible without the generous support of
donors like you. When we join forces with our most compassionate organizations,
businesses and everyday citizens, we can continue to make a positive difference
in the lives of our beloved community members for generations to come.
The Watson Clinic Foundation has been serving the needs of our community for
over 65 years, but we feel like we’re just getting started. I welcome you to
review everything our organization has to offer and encourage you to partner
with us as we embark upon our next exciting and ambitious chapter.
In Gratitude,
William J. Roth, MD, PhD
