About Kristen Tolley, APRN
Advanced practice provider Kristen Tolley, APRN works alongside board-certified OB-GYN specialists Samantha J. Curtis, MD, FACOG and Taylor Cook, DO, FACOG from Watson Clinic Parkway Medical Center at 4060 Lakeland Highlands Rd. in south Lakeland.
Ms. Tolley received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from South University in Tampa, FL, and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
1. What inspired you to get into healthcare?
I wanted to make a difference in the lives of others.
2. What made you choose your specialty?
I had a women's health nurse practitioner care for me and listen to my concerns in my formative years and I quickly learned I wanted to make other women feel as heard and empowered as she made me feel.
3. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
USF sports (I played softball there and met my husband who played football there), camping with our 2 children, and coaching youth softball.
4. What brought you to Central Florida?
I was born and raised here.
5. What brought you to Watson Clinic?
The outstanding reputation and the important role Watson Clinic plays in the Lakeland community.
