1. What inspired you to get into healthcare?
I chose medicine simply because I wanted to help people—relieve their pain, solve the problem, and help them get back to living the life they enjoy.
2. What made you choose your specialty?
Surgery is the perfect fit for me because it combines problem solving, technical skill, and the opportunity to make a real difference for patients every day.
3. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Golfing, cooking, spending time with my wife and two dogs.
4. What brought you to Central Florida?
I moved to Central Florida from South Carolina to complete my surgical training in Orlando. During that time, I grew to love the area and knew I wanted to build my career here. I’m excited to now call Lakeland home and have the opportunity to care for this community.
5. What brought you to Watson Clinic?
I wanted to practice somewhere I felt welcomed from day one and where there is a strong collaboration and communication across all areas of medicine. Watson Clinic has built a reputation for providing exceptional, patient-centered care, and that philosophy aligns perfectly with the kind of physician I strive to be.
