The Watson Clinic Cancer & Research Center houses a collaborative group of oncology specialists working to enhance the quality and breadth of services for cancer patients, their families and the community. Opened in Spring 2003, the cancer center is a state-of-the-art facility providing complete patient care -- from radiation therapy to chemotherapy, clinical research, education, support groups and cancer screening activities.

Teamwork is essential in treating cancer, and the Cancer & Research Center has assembled an outstanding one for you.
 
We take an interdisciplinary approach to the care of our patients, bringing together an elite team of specialists from the best medical schools and programs in the nation, a team that features: Medical Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists,Radiation Oncologists, a Gynecological Oncologist, Hematologists, Certified Chemotherapy Nurses, Radiation Therapists, Certified Mammographers, Physicists, Dosimetrist (specialist in radiation treatment equipment), Acupuncturist, Phlebotomist, Medical Technologists, Massage Therapist, Research Nurses, Social Workers and Dietitians.
 
These specialists work hand-in-hand with our staff of: Pulmonologists, Plastic Surgeons, a Breast Surgeon, Gastroenterologists, Otolaryngologists, General Surgeons, Dermatologists, Dermatopathologists, Urologists and Pain Management Specialists. And, of course, our talented and dedicated cancer specialists also work closely with your own personal physician.
