Watson Clinic Welcomes Returning Urgent Care Specialist

Watson Clinic is pleased to welcome the return of Urgent Care specialist Manoj Dhariwal, MD following a brief hiatus. Dr. Dhariwal provides comprehensive treatments for minor illnesses and injuries from Watson Clinic XpressCare Highlands at 2300 E. County Rd. 540A in south Lakeland.

Dr. Dhariwal received his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in Saba, Dutch Caribbean. Previously, he received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences degree from St. John’s University in Jamaica, NY and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Maine Business School at the University in Maine in Orono, ME. He performed a surgical internship at Easton Hospital in Easton, PA, and a Family Practice residency at Flower Hospital, Sylvania, OH. He went on to complete fellowships in Vascular Medicine at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH, Sports Medicine at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, and Emergency Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Dhariwal is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine with a subspecialty certification in Sports Medicine. He is also certified as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation, and is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
