Registered nurse practitioner Ashley S. Rourk, APRN works alongside board-certified OB-GYN Taylor Cook, DO from Watson Clinic Highlands at 2300 E. County Road 540A in south Lakeland. Her areas of expertise include annual gynecologic exams, breast and cervical cancer screening, family planning, perimenopause and menopause care, and contraceptive management.
Ms. Rourk received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has been deemed a certified practitioner by the Menopause Society. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.

Physician assistant Taylor M. Novak, PA works alongside board-certified Oncology-Hematology specialist Leonard Gitter, MD from the Watson Clinic Cancer & Research Center at 1730 Lakeland Hills Blvd. in Lakeland.
Ms. Novak received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
