Watson Clinic now offers Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for pediatric patients between the ages of 5 and 11.
These vaccines are available by appointment only from the pediatric offices at any one of these convenient locations:
Appointments may be scheduled through the MyChart Patient Portal or by calling 863-607-3346 (Highlands), 863-680-7337 (North Pediatrics).
The Pfizer pediatric COVID-19 vaccines are administered in a two-dose series three weeks apart. Full protection may not occur until one to two weeks following the second shot as it takes time for the body to build a robust antibody response.
