Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as the recipient of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:
Andrea Logue - September
Andrea Logue, a Guest Experience Navigator at the 4W reception desk of our Optometry & Ophthalmology departments at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland, was recently named the recipient of our PEER award for the month of September. Andrea was praised by her colleagues for her bright and uplifting personality, her wealth of knowledge, and for always keeping patient care at the forefront of everything she does.
As PEER Award winner, Andrea received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
