Every month, Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member as the recipient of our Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. Our entire team is invited to nominate their choices for the award each month, and the winner is chosen from these selections. The ideal candidate leads with respect, support and compassion, and exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that we strive to excel at every day.

Taylor Colding

Watson Clinic is proud to recognize Taylor Colding, a Radiology Technologist Lead who works in the Radiology department at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland, as our October PEER Award recipient. Taylor has worked at Watson Clinic for over four years. She is admired for her infectious positivity, compassionate approach to patient care, and for being an exceptional role model to her fellow team members.

As PEER Award winner, Taylor received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
