Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:
Sherry Anderson - October
Sherry Anderson, a Patient Service Specialist who has worked in the Internal Medicine department at Watson Clinic Main for the past 14 years, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of October. Sherry always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She’s known for her professionalism, empathy and compassion when interacting with both patients and her colleagues.
As PEER Award winner, Sherry received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the
Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
