Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as the recipient of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:
Shirley Willis - November
Shirley Willis, RN, MSN, a Clinical Services Director, has been recognized as the recipient of our PEER award for the month of November. She is known for the compassion and respect she shows to patients and her colleagues, and for always having an open door and a welcoming ear even on her busiest days.
As PEER Award winner, Shirley received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
