Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as the recipient of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:

Brittany Pettersen, RN – January

Watson Clinic is proud to recognize Brittany Pettersen, RN, Senior Specialist in our Nurse Clinic Main location, as our January PEER Award recipient. Brittany is admired for being a highly dedicated nurse and tireless patient advocate. She consistently reviews and improves upon processes that impact patient care and collaborates with other departments to ensure that each patient receives the treatments they need in an efficient and timely manner.

As PEER Award winner, Brittany received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
