Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as the recipient of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:
Sheila Coile, RN – February
Watson Clinic is proud to recognize Sheila Coile, RN, a Clinical Educator in our Human Resources department, as our February PEER Award recipient. Sheila is admired for being a welcoming collaborator and an inspiring mentor. She possesses a meticulous attention to detail and communicates with great efficiency and clarity. Her dedication, professionalism and positivity set a shining example for others to follow.
As PEER Award winner, Sheila received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
