Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:
Amanda Butler - February
Amanda Butler, a registered radiology technologist at Watson Clinic Bartow Building A, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of February. Amanda has been with Watson Clinic for 14 years. Her co-workers say Amanda doesn’t skip a beat when it comes to offering assistance to patients and co-workers. No matter who she interacts with at the Clinic, she always goes above and beyond to be helpful to them.
As PEER Award winner, Amanda received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate from the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
