Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:

Melody Boston - August
Melody Boston, RN, a Clinical Services Coordinator at Watson Clinic Main and Watson Clinic Bartow Building A, was recently named the recipient of our PEER award for the month of August. Melody was singled out for her positive, professional and inspiring attitude, and for always going the extra mile to assist both patients and her fellow team members.

As PEER Award winner, Melody received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
