Currently underway from November 3 – November 9, 2025, Arts and Health Week is a city-wide celebration highlighting the powerful connection between creative expression and well-being. On Monday, November 3, the City of Lakeland issued an official proclamation recognizing the week of special events alongside representatives from the Polk Arts & Health Collaborative, including the Watson Clinic Foundation’s Arts in Medicine program.
“This year’s Arts and Health Week offers something for everyone – from healthcare professionals to artists to community champions of all ages,” reports the Watson Clinic Foundation’s Arts in Medicine program director Tiffany Van Wieren. “This proclamation from the City of Lakeland highlights the value of these efforts and unites us all in our mission to elevate the health of our community through the creative arts.”
