Physician- Neurohospitalist (Available Summer 2026) - Lakeland , FL

Watson Clinic is a prominent physician-owned multi-specialty group in Lakeland, Florida. We are seeking a dedicated Neurohospitalist to join our esteemed team. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide inpatient neurological care at a 300-bed hospital (opening Summer 2026), collaborating closely with our outpatient Neurology specialists. Schedule will be Monday-Friday with occasional weekend call coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver comprehensive inpatient neurological care, including stroke management, seizure disorders, ER patients, and general neurology consults.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for hospitalized patients.

· Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including EEG, EMG, MRI, CT, PET, and SPEC imaging.

· Participate in the management of the hospital's stroke program, contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Education: M.D., D.O.

· Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology (ABPN)

· Completion of a fellowship in Vascular Neurology or Neurohospitalist Medicine preferred.

· Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.

· Active, unrestricted FL license (or the ability to obtain FL license) is required
