Our Pulmonary practice in Lakeland is seeking a full-time, salaried, PA/APRN to join our busy hospital-based service. Position hours will be Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm (until all patients are seen). Expectation of weekend rounding approximately every third weekend. 

The practitioner will practice under the direction of our Pulmonary physician to provide essential duties such as but not limited to:

• Make rounds and treatment modifications, when necessary.
• Maintain and update progress notes.
• Provide immediate treatment when necessary Perform H&P's
• Write orders for medications or tests
• Assessing/Diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses

*Previous experience as a nurse practitioner with a background in Pulmonary, IM, or ICU is preferred.
