Our Pulmonary practice in Lakeland is seeking an immediate full-time, salaried NP for their hospital-based service. Position hours will be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (but varies until all patients are seen) with occasional weekend coverage with the pulmonologist. A chance to move on for seven days on seven days off schedule.

The practitioner will practice under the direction of our Pulmonary physician to provide essential duties such as but not limited to:

• Make rounds and treatment modifications, when necessary.
• Maintain and update progress notes.
• Provide immediate treatment when necessary Perform H&P's
• Write orders for medications or tests
• Assessing/Diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses

*Previous experience as a nurse practitioner with a background in Pulmonary, IM, or ICU is preferred.
