APRN/PA - Infectious Disease (Inpatient) - Lakeland, FL

Watson Clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Infectious Disease team. Whether you’re an experienced provider or a new graduate eager to learn, you’ll work alongside a highly respected infectious disease physician caring for a diverse inpatient population.

· Practice primarily at Orlando Health Watson Clinic Hospital and Lakeland Regional Health, with occasional coverage at Bartow Regional Medical Center

· Flexible daily schedule based on patient census and consult volume

Call Schedule

· Shared weekend call

· Approximately 1–2 weekends per month (2 weekends preferred)

We’re Looking For

· APRN or PA with (or eligible for) Florida licensure

· Experienced providers or new graduates are welcome to apply. Prior ICU, ED, or Infectious Disease experience a plus.

· A hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented clinician

· Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

· Passion for delivering outstanding inpatient care and continuously expanding clinical knowledge
