Watson Clinic Welcomes New Physicians

Watson Clinic is pleased to introduce the following new additions to their team of expert physicians. 

Spencer Motley, MD joins the department of Rheumatology at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland.

His areas of expertise include the treatment of connective tissue diseases, inflammatory arthritis and vasculitis. Dr. Motley received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in Galveston, TX. He went on to perform his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Keesler Medical Center, Kessler Air Force Base, in Biloxi, MS and a fellowship in Rheumatology at the San Antonio Military Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, TX. He is board-certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine, and is a member of the American College of Rheumatology and the American College of Physicians.

Kyra Munzenmaier, MD is a Psychiatry specialist who accepts appointments from Watson Clinic Highlands at 2300 E. County Road 540A in south Lakeland.

Dr. Munzenmaier’s areas of expertise include general adult psychiatry and perinatal mental health. Dr. Munzenmaier earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL, and her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. She performed a General Psychiatry residency at St. Luke’s University Health Network in Easton, PA, where she also served as Chief Resident. She is certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International, and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Ayushman Sharma, MD joins the Radiology department at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland.

Dr. Sharma earned his medical degree from Brown University in Providence, RI. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, and a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Sharma's professional interests include PET imaging for neurocognitive disorders, head and neck cancer, chronic metabolic disease, stem cell research, and 3D printing. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America and the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology.
