Maximizing Your Spa Experience
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow time to check in, complete your personal health intake form, change into your robe and slippers, and use the infrared sauna, which will relax and detox your muscles.
Securing Your Spa Service
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please have this ready to finalize the appointment.
Running Late
Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late you begin.
Age Requirement
Young adults over the age of 18 are welcome to visit the spa. All others may visit with a guardian.
Spa “Quiet Zone”
The Spa is an adult environment of relaxation, privacy and tranquility. We are a cell phone and smoke free zone.
Cancellation Policy
We understand if you need to cancel or reschedule your spa service. Please call 863-904-6250, 24 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled treatment.
Personal Possessions
Although we provide a private locker, we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles. We ask that you leave all jewelry at home.
Service Gratuity Charge
As spa professionals offering quality treatments, we do not accept gratuities, but do appreciate your referral to friends and family.
