Dr. Carlsen received his osteopathic degree from Midwestern University/Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ. He completed his urology residency at Midwestern University/Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL.
His areas of expertise include urologic oncology (prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular cancers), laparoscopic surgery and genitourinary trauma/reconstructive surgery.
