Watson Clinic Foundation Auxiliary is pleased to announce the upcoming date of their annual Wine and Cheese Social, known as “Toast for the Cure,” to be held on Sunday, February 13, 2011 from 5-7 p.m. This event is organized by The Watson Clinic Foundation Auxiliary in an effort to raise funds for cancer research and educational endeavors at the Center for Cancer Care & Research.

“This will be our 7th year for this signature event, which raised more than $123,225 last year and had over 250 guests in attendance,” said Auxiliary Chairperson Linda Logan. “This year’s event will once again take place at the Lakeland Yacht & Country Club and guests will be treated to an informative update from two cancer specialists – Dr. Elisabeth Dupont & Dr. Louis Saco.”  Logan noted that ALL donations are directed toward the funding of enhanced services for local cancer patients.

Event sponsorship packages are available, and individual tickets are $50.00 per person. Checks should be made payable to the Watson Clinic Foundation, with “Auxiliary” noted in the memo line. Checks should be mailed to Linda Logan, Auxiliary Chairperson, P.O.
