The Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award is given monthly to an employee who is thought by his/her peers to be a great example of Watson Clinic’s mission and values.
The winner of the February PEER Award was Katherine (Kaji) Pafunda from Audiology. Pafunda is an Audiologist and has been with Watson Clinic for 23 years. She is known for her friendly personality and constant smile. She always asks how she can help, and doesn’t turn patients away when they arrive late. Pafunda is known for being very, very dedicated to Watson Clinic.
As PEER Award winner, Pafunda received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, and a free service from Watson Clinic’s Bella Vista Spa.
