The winner of the in April PEER award was Phyllis Malatino from Human Resources. Malatino is Watson Clinic’s Volunteer Coordinator and has been with the organization for four years. She is excellent at evaluating the skills of our volunteers and determining where they are best suited to work. Malatino also maintains continuous contact with the volunteers and their departments to make sure everyone is satisfied with the placement.

As PEER Award winner, Malatino received a plaque, a reserved parking spot, dinner at a local restaurant, and a free service from Watson Clinic’s Bella Vista Spa.
