Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:
Laurie Ann Ginn – April
Laurie Ann Ginn, a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Finance department, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of April. Laurie Ann has been with Watson Clinic over the past 8 years, as well as had previously worked in the Human Resources department in the early 2000’s. She is known for being very upbeat and positive, and for rising to the occasion with a smile on her face whenever she is needed.
As PEER Award winner, Laurie Ann received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate from the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
