Watson Clinic is pleased to welcome Peter J. McDonnell, MD, to our team of expert specialists. Dr. McDonnell is a vascular surgeon who specializes in the evaluation and medical, endovascular and open surgical treatment of arterial and venous diseases.
Dr. McDonnell received his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University/The Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, IL, where he also performed his internship in general surgery. He then performed his residency in general surgery at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI, and his fellowship in vascular surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.
Dr. McDonnell is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Society of Vascular Surgery, Society of Clinical Vascular Surgery, the Florida Medical Association, and the Polk County Medical Association. He is board-certified in surgery by the American Board of Surgery with a certificate of added qualifications in vascular surgery.
