The winner of Watson Clinic’s “Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition” Award (PEER) for October was Sue Poisson from Dr. Schwartz’s obstetrics and gynecology office at our Lakeland Highlands location.  The PEER award is given monthly to a Watson Clinic employee who is thought by his/her peers to be a great example of the company’s mission and values.  Poisson is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and has been with the Clinic for six years, having worked previously at the Clinic as a medical assistant and in the pediatrics department. She is known for being a very caring person who always makes an extra effort to ensure patient comfort.  Poisson was also recognized for her outstanding clinical skills.

 

As PEER Award winner, Poisson received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, and a free service from Watson Clinic’s Bella Vista Spa.
