The winner of Watson Clinic’s November “Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition” (PEER) Award was Julian Rios from Urology.  The PEER award is given monthly to an employee who is thought by his/her peers to be a great example of Watson Clinic’s mission and values.  Rios is an LPN and has been with the Clinic for two years.  He is a self-starter -- as demonstrated by the fact that he has recently completed an LPN program while working full time.  Rios is always positive and cares about every single patient.

As PEER Award winner, Rios received a reserved parking spot, a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant and a free service from Watson Clinic’s Bella Vista Spa.
