The winner of the January Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) Award was Wilton Williams from the Facilities & Materials Management Department.  The PEER Award is given monthly to a Watson Clinic employee who is thought by his/her peers to be a great example of the company’s mission and values. 

Williams is a Maintenance Mechanic and has been with Watson Clinic for ten years.  He has worked in Facilities and Maintenance in many areas of the Clinic, but is currently responsible for the satellite locations, such as South, Lakeland Highlands, Merchants Walk, Plant City, Bartow, Zephyrhills and Sun City Center.  Although Williams is responsible for traveling between widespread locations, he is very responsive to the needs of multiple locations and all employees are very complimentary about his service abilities.  Williams is known for being professional, courteous and helpful.  Watson Clinic’s satellite offices know they can count on Wilton Williams to get the job done!

As PEER Award winner, Williams received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, and a free service from Watson Clinic’s Bella Vista Spa.
