Watson Clinic is pleased to announce the latest event in our series of facial rejuvenation lectures for the month of August. Watson Clinic facial plastic surgeon/otolaryngologist Raam S. Lakhani, MD, will conduct a seminar on Saturday, August 13 at 10:00 am titled “Has the Summer Sun Left It's Mark?.”  During this lecture, Dr. Lakhani will address various minimally invasive methods for reversing the signs of aging due to over-exposure from Florida's harsh sunlight. Procedures discussed in the presentation include laser skin resurfacing and mini facelifts.

Dr. Lakhani’s lecture will take place at the Watson Clinic Bella Vista Building at 1755 N Florida Avenue in Lakeland. Guests will enter the building through the Bella Vista Spa, and tours of the Spa will be given before and after the lecture. Light refreshments will be served. The lectures are free of charge, but seating is limited.

Dr. Lakhani received his medical degree with research distinction from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, FL. He completed his internship in general surgery and his residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Dr. Lakhani received extensive fellowship training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at State University of New York – Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He is double board-certified in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as otolaryngology/ head & neck surgery.
