Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:
Amy Homitz - May
Amy Homitz, an Ultrasonographer in the Radiology department at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of May. Amy has been with the Clinic for over twenty years and continues to display endless enthusiasm and a commitment to patient care. Her co-workers praise her for being one-of-a-kind, self-motivated, caring and compassionate.
As PEER Award winner, Amy received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
