Have you signed up for the new patient portal called MyChart at Watson Clinic LLP? Powered by Epic, the portal grants you access to your test results, online prescription refills, and offers a direct line of communication with your doctor’s offices from the comfort of your own home computer or smart phone.
 
Here are a few answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding the enrollment and use of MyChart at Watson Clinic LLP.

How can I access previous test results?
 
MyChart at Watson Clinic LLP is configured to automatically release test results to patients who have enrolled in the system. If you have recently enrolled in MyChart, please be aware test results that were produced prior to your enrollment will not display in your MyChart account. Please contact your physician’s office by sending a message through MyChart requesting the release of the desired results.
 
How do I limit the number of notifications I receive?
 
It is important to stay updated with all the information residing in your MyChart at Watson Clinic LLP account. To help patients manage their accounts, a notification is sent to the designated email address informing patients when new information is deposited in their account. If you prefer not to receive notifications, you may disable notifications by their message type by accessing your MyChart at Watson Clinic LLP account and navigating to the notifications settings page under the preferences tab.
 
Can I send photos through the system to my doctor’s office?
 
Having difficulty explaining your symptoms? With MyChart at Watson Clinic LLP, you can upload and send photos to your physician’s office through secure messaging. To send a photo to an office, navigate to the 'Get Medical Advice' page located under the messaging tab. Once you have indicated the physician’s office you would like to contact, click 'Browse' next to the 'Attach an image' option. Choose the photo you would like to send to the office and click send. To protect your health information, please do not use your personal email account to send photos to your physician’s office.
 
How do I sign up without an activation code?
 
Don’t have an activation code to sign up? No problem. Click ‘Sign Up Now’ on the MyChart at Watson Clinic LLP homepage and then select the sign up link under the ‘No Activation Code?’ button on the following page. Provide some personal information to help us verify your information then set up your username and password to start using MyChart at Watson Clinic LLP today!
