Patients can pay their bill with the online bill payment system, which contains the following:
  • Blue statements: contain dates of service for January 1, 2014 - January 31, 2015.
  • Green statements: contain dates of service prior to January 1, 2014 and all dates after February 1, 2015.
  • Green statements: contain any charges for anesthesia services regardless of the date of service.
Please click on either the blue or green statement below to access the payment center. If you have questions about your statement, please call 863-680-7206.

Patients still have the option to view their statements and account activities online while continuing to pay by check or credit card over the phone and in-person as well. Payment in full for past due balances may be made online. If you need assistance with a past due balance, please call 863-904-6433.

The enhanced online bill pay system is extremely user friendly, but it does have a different look and feel from our previous version. Patients who have questions regarding this new system can call 863-680-7206.

*Disclaimer: If using Google Chrome or Apple browsers you will not be able to use the online bill pay system to its full capacity. We recommend you use Internet Explorer or Firefox.
