The winner of the January “Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition” (PEER) Award was Carl Moore from the Facilities. The PEER award is given to an employee who is thought by his/her peers to be a great example of Watson Clinic’s mission and values.
Moore has been with the Clinic for seven years. He works the evening shift at various Watson Clinic locations and is a certified electrician. He is known for always being willing to perform whatever maintenance duties are required to support the doctor’s offices. He will pitch in and help anyone.
As PEER Award winner, Moore received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot, and a free service from Watson Clinic’s Bella Vista Spa.
