The winner of the January Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) Award was Masa Suarez. The PEER award is given on a monthly basis to an employee who is thought by his/her peers to be a great example of Watson Clinic’s mission and values.
Suarez has been with Watson Clinic for eight years and works as the telecommunications coordinator in the Department of Management Information Systems. She manages phone systems through replacing or installing new systems at all clinic locations. Suarez is currently overseeing the implementation of a new Clinic-wide phone system and has been working hard with attention to every detail to ensure a smooth transition.
As a PEER Award winner, Suarez received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot, and a free service from the Bella Vista Spa.
