The winner of Watson Clinic’s December ‘Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition’ (PEER) Award was Cynthia Parramore from the Call Center.  The PEER award is given to an employee who is thought by his/her peers to be a great example of Watson Clinic’s mission and values.  Parramore has been with the Clinic for fourteen years.  She has worked both in Reception and in the Call Center, and is known for being professional and helpful toward everyone.  One colleague referred to her as their department’s “easy button.”  The Call Center is Watson Clinic’s department for centralized appointment scheduling for more than 200 physicians located at 16 locations in Polk, Pasco and Hillsborough counties.

As PEER Award winner, Parramore received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, and a free service from Watson Clinic’s Bella Vista Spa.
