After you schedule your first appointment at Watson Clinic, a pre-registration specialist will attempt to contact you by phone to complete your clinic registration. This will expedite your check-in process when you report for your new patient visit. Please bring all of your most recent insurance identification cards and a photo ID with you. Thereafter, you will be asked for your most recent insurance ID card at each subsequent appointment with any of the Watson Clinic providers. You will be asked to update any information about yourself that may have changed between visits.
